About Amy
I've always believed that travel is about more than checking destinations off a list.
The journeys we remember most are the ones that connect us to people, cultures, traditions, and experiences that change the way we see the world.
My career has been built around creating those connections.
Before founding Ultimate Travels, I spent years working in publishing and events, including my time at Sunset Magazine, where I developed deep relationships throughout the food, wine, and hospitality industries. Those experiences eventually led to the creation and hosting of wine and culinary journeys that bring travelers together with celebrated chefs, winemakers, and experts in unforgettable destinations around the world.
Today, I combine that background with my expertise as a luxury travel advisor to design journeys that reflect each client's interests, curiosity, and travel style. Whether it's a river cruise through Europe, an African safari, a private villa in Italy, or a once-in-a-lifetime expedition, my goal is always the same: helping travelers experience a destination in a meaningful and memorable way.
